Frankie Cambria

Born and raised in Montreal, we raised our family in Pointe-Claire, love being empty nesters. 

Concordia University: B. Comm and graduate studies in Adult Education  

In 2022, I immersed myself in an autodidactic approach to learning about intuitive abstract art. Multiple juried individual exhibitions, both corporate and local; multiple group exhibitions in art galleries. My paintings can be found in private collections in Canada, USA and Europe. 

Mine are bold abstract paintings, acrylic and pencil on gallery wrapped canvas. Inspired by the beautiful shapes, textures, and colours in nature and especially in gardens, I create layers and layers of contrasting elements, freely taking myself (and hopefully the viewer) on an adventure full of wonder and hidden surprises.  As the paint, pencil markings, and colourful forms take shape, my wish is for YOU to be lifted in spirit, as I am, and experience moments of true joy and happiness.
